Orders/Shipping
We try to keep as much of our inventory in stock as possible, but due to the unique and handmade nature of some of the items we offer, it is impossible to have everything in stock at all times. If you order an in stock item it usually ships in 1-4 days. Should you order an item that is out of stock, or a piece of furniture that requires a certain fabric or shipment from the manufacturer, we will email you confirmation and delivery details. If you have questions or concerns about orders, or how long it will take to receive your order, please email or call us. We promise to return emails and we are usually here to answer the phone during regular business hours. If not we will return all phone messages promptly.
Returns:
All items that ship UPS can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund. Items shipped from a manufacturer by truck, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the same condition as it was received. Please call in advance of returning an item for a confirmation number.
